Operating Management Comprehensive System – OMCS (Sistema integrado de gestión oprativa – SIGOP)
The OMCS is aimed at furthering the continuous improvement of projects and processes management of our clients.
This system is an integrating tool that actively cooperates in the decision-making process. It allows to retrieve online information, with comparative and geographical location analysis, contributing to all areas by means of integrated management of the different processes information.
The following is a description of the scope of applications with a leading role in the OMCS data collection, centralization and analysis process:
This system allows management of annual sampling plans, anticipating loading errors. It sends SMS and email notification in case of critical alarm, enabling access to findings of the sampling data at any point along its traceability.
Requests and Complaints
This is a tool for the answering and traceability of incidents, enquiries, requests and complaints. Request management is developed using graph diagram.
Verification:This is a special area in charge of checking, relating and adding information about the problem by means of light equipment in order to guarantee the squad heavy equipment movement to existing incidents. It provides the operations sector with detailed information about the problem, significantly minimizing the allocation of resources that are not necessary for the registered incidents. It is a second step in incidents relating processes and it allows tasks cross-checking.
The system emulates the provider invoicing and checks that it is correct. It also manages alerts for reactive power penalty and excess agreed capacity charges.
The system provides online information to customer service area about the status of service tasks and operations. It also records how busy staff are, costs of intervention per process, and costs of staff, equipment and material taking part in the work order and allows management of incidents and classification of service problems.
This system enables registration of the company assets (pumps, vehicles, backhoes, meters, etc). It also facilitates traceability of work orders (WO) as well as of equipment and facilities related to them. One of the system’s strengths lies in the decreased idle time and reduced preventive maintenance costs.
The management is user oriented (accounts administration, real property, debt, invoicing, etc). The system scope includes collection, meters, debts, demands for payment, etc.
